ФОРСЧА-ЎЗБЕКЧА ЎҚУВ ЛУҒАТИ

Ушбу форсча-ўзбекча луғат шу соҳада қилинган биринчи тажриба бўлиб, кўп йиллар давомида олиб борилган кузатишлар натижасида йиғилган материаллар асосида яратилди. Луғатга ҳозирги форс адабий тилида, матбуот ва радиода иш- латиладиган сўзлар киритилди ва ўзбек тилида шу сўзларнинг кўп истеъмол қилинадиган асосий маъноларигина берилди. Луғатдаги барча форс сўзлари ёнида ўзбекча транскрипция- си билан форс алифбоси тартибида берилди. Транскрипциядаги «и» форсча чўзиқ «и» ни, «у» чўзиқ «у» ни, «э» форсча қисқа «э» ни ва «ў» форсча қисқа «ў» ни билдиради. Шунинг учун форе сўзларидаги «и», «у» товушларини ўзбекчадаги каби қисқа эмас, балки чўзиб талаффуз қилиш керак. «Э» ва «ў» эса аксинча, ўзбекчадагига қараганда қисқа талаффуз этилади.

Malaka talablari “Ta’lim to‘g‘pisida”gi O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Qonunining 7-moddasiga, Kadplap tayyoplash milliy dastupi qoidalapiga muvofiq pespublikada idopaviy bo‘ysunishi va mulkchilik shakllapidan qat’i nazap ta’lim muassasalapining bapcha tuplapi uchun majbupiy bo‘lgan davlat ta’lim standaptlapi (DTS) belgilanadi. Bakalariat ta’lim yo‘nalishlari va magistratura mutaxassisliklarining Davlat ta’lim standartlari O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Vazirlar Mahkamasining 2001 yil 16 avgustdagi 343-sonli hamda 2013 yil 10 iyuldagi 199-sonli qarorlari bilan tasdiqlangan “Oliy ta’limning Dalat ta’lim standarti. Asosiy qoidalar” talablariga qat’iy rioya etgan holda tayanch oliy ta’lim muassasalari tomonidan ishlab chiqariladi. Oliy ta’lim muassasalaridagi ta’lim mazmunini belgilash va uning asosida ta’lim jarayonini tashkil etish davlat ta’lim standarti, o’quv rejasi, o’quv dasturi, metodik materiallar banki, ya’ni darslik yoki o’quv qo’llanmalarda ifodalanadi Oliy ta’limning me’yoriy-huquqiy xujjatlari.

The Dynamic Landscape

Although this book is potentially relevant to many urban contexts, it is most strongly aimed at the ‘public’ and ‘semi-public’ landscape. Some of these landscapes are public parks of one sort or another. The remainder are a difficult-to-characterise mix of spaces around public housing, commercial developments and institutions, car parks, left-over spaces from development, structure plantings of massed trees and shrubs, and strips along paths, roads and other corridors.
