The textbook "Comparative typology" is compiled in accordance with the leading program of the course and is intended for students of philology undergraduate and graduate programs as well as for researchers of linguistic philological specialties. It addresses the comparative typology of various related and unrelated languages, a significant achievement of Uzbek linguistics, making the introduction of a new theoretical course on comparative typology of native and studied foreign languages a natural development. This textbook is designed for undergraduate students specializing in Foreign language and literature (English) and can also be used for masters in comparative typology. It aims to familiarize future philologists and teachers of Uzbek-speaking audiences with the system features of their native and English language, basic principles of comparing language systems, and a theoretically sound methodology for teaching foreign languages. The book comprises 3 chapters, covering the theoretical base of linguistic typology, typological differences and similarities between English and Uzbek, and the significance of typological analysis in foreign language teaching and translation studies. Η σειρά Επικοινωνήστε Ελληνικά είναι μια σύγχρονη μέθοδος εκμάθησης της νέας ελληνικής για ξενόγλωσσους μαθητές, από το επίπεδο του αρχαρίου ώς το προχωρημένο.
